Afront headlamp assembly has been replaced that required the battery to be disconnected. Now the alarm arms as before except the corner markers no longer flash. Is there some reprogramming that must be done or does a wiring problem exist? The car is a 1999 626 automatic with a 2.5L engine

do your turn signals and 4-ways both work? if not you may have a faulty flasher relay
