Default clutch question on an '01 626

I have a 2001 Mazda 626 V6 with 91.6k miles on it. My clutch is kind of hard and I have to basically floor it everytime I need to change gears. So the other day I took it to the mechanic so I can get it adjusted and he looked at it and then he told me that he would recommend that I'd rather replace that clutch. and oh yeah he also told me that while you replace your clutch you also might wanna replace the clutch slave because its leaking. Then he called up some of his guys and told me that it would cost me around 800 bux to replace the clutch and the slave. So I was just wondering if anyone knows a good place online where I can buy a cheap clutch and slave? I did a little research and I found this site to be a good one with cheap parts:
http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/

Also I dont know much about cars but do you think If I dont replace it right now It could end up in costing me more by damaging other stuff in the car? If you have any knowledge of this can you give me an estimate on how long my car might last in this condition?

Also I wanted to get one of those remote starter kits for my car. Can you give me a suggestion on what is a good kit to put in my car that works with a manual transmission?

Thnx
