I have 12.53 Volts at the battery while the engine is running with no loads on. I have Replaced the alternator, battery, battery cables. I also did a resistance check from the positive alternator lead to the battery and everything specs out... Please help if you can

I would take the car in for a proper load test. That's the only one that matters.
You could be reading 13.7v and still have little/no output current under load. Static voltage tests tell you very little about the condition of the system itself.
How sure are you about the meter you are using to test voltage? Could it be out of spec?

Check that the charge indicator bulb on the dash illuminates with the key on. It will not charge if that bulb goes out. If the bulb is good but does not illuminate then check the related wiring.
