Default car doesnt start, new battery, new connectors not a starter problem

So I left my lights on one night. Came back to a dead battery, tried to jump it but was unsuccessful. Bought a new battery, still nothing. Bought new connectors and checked interior fuses (under steering wheel) and still no juice to the car. The headlights do work but nothing else, no interior lights or dash lights, no radio. Was thinking it could be a problem with one of the main fuses. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
