I am not aware of this model ever coming equipped with a power antenna.
There is two options that I can think of:
I know Honda Accords came with a power antenna on the "A" pillar or windshield post that is possible to install.
Relocate a universal power antenna on the top edge of a front fender next to the hood opening or on the same top egde of the rear quarter panel.
Either way it will be a custom install job.
