Default acc power problems

when key is at ON position every thing works as it should.

as soon as i turn key back to ACC or OFF i lose ALL power.

Ect. clocks goes off, radio resets, interior lights don't work, alarm doesn't work, and a few other things, you get the drift...

Am i correct in that the BTM fuseable link is the fuse for all these things?
BTM fuse is OK
well actually ALL fuses are ok. yes even ones under dash.

It has me stumped.. i have had a really super duper check of connectors and fuses and everything i can see.

so this is my problem (ATM)

Heres the story:

radiator fan was coming on when i turned the key off, i was at uni when i noticed so i pulled a fusible link out to stop it while i went to class (BTM fuse)

when i got home i bought a new relay and thermoswitch hooked that all up and she was working correctly.

while i was testing she got a little bit hotter then she's been for quite awhile. everything got clogged with rubber crap so i had to do a full flush and cleaned thermostat too, refilled and all sweet again.

jump in for a drive all goes well till i get home and notice my problem.

Any help guys? please you have no idea how frustrated i am, i have to smile so i don't kill someone... =]
