Default 99 626 CV boot and Brake question

Both my CV boots on my 99 626 2.0L are bad. I have broused through a online manual and it's great for part ID, it's not so great on directions. It's clicking on turns on the right front.

How do I get to the CV boots?
Will I need any special tools?
Can I just replace the Tripod joint and hub with the boot?

On the brakes, do I need a tool to back the piston in the caliper back or just press it back?

I appreciate the help.I did search, and found some info, but I'm looking for more.
