95 mazda 929 distributor removal?

Can anyone give me instructions for distributor removal on 95 mazda 929. I've got everything off to change timing belt and water pump, except for the distributor and
left cam pulley cover. thanks

I finally got it out. It just took more brute force than I was willing to apply initially.
