Default 95 626 no start

Hi all , new here and I have problem with a 95 626 2.5L automatic. My boy was driving down the road with the cruise control on and car just started losing power coasted to a stop and would not accelerate. He shut the car off and that was last time engine ran. Pushed car to house and we've been checking it out since. Here is what I've found so far : engine cranks good but no fire , no backfire, misfire at all. Checked for spark and good spark at several cylinders. Checked compression in several cylinders and I think its a littlelow around 100psi - 125 psi. Checked to see if timing belt is turning and it is. Checked fuel pressure at hose that connects between the two cyl banks and pressure is about 80 - 85 psi static and about 60 psi while cranking. I tried to pull codes by jumping ten - grnd on diagnostic connector but no flashing lights on dash.tried several times and same thing ?? computer problem ?? I can see and hear bullet in air cleaner slapping while cranking also. I am lost from here . Any ideas ?? Thanks for your help. Car was built 6-23-94 so IO am assuming its a95 model. minner

I would think there is a problem with the timing belt, it sounds like it might have slpiiped a couple teeth off time. I also say that because of the compression...spec is 203 psi, with a min of 142 psi. The fuel pressure is in spec with the engine off, so that sounds good.
