my 1.6 acts like it's stumbling while on the road but not when idling. it's unnoticeable except once in awhile it zips like it's free at last. the mileage is around 27 mpg. I tightened the exhaust manifold and it helps but still feels pedestrian. the timing is set way fast, if it's on the mark, it's definitely sluggish.
