Compression specs are 213 psi, with a minimum of 157 psi. Did you run a compression check on all 6 cyls? Did you do a wet compression check with a few ounces of oil in each cyl?

You need to check all cyls first. It is possible the timing belt is broke or has jumped time if all cyls are low.
