The transmission blew up in my girlfriend's 4 cylinder 98' 626 yesterday. Im pretty new to mazdas so my knowledge on them is limited. I know that the CD4E transmission on them is pretty much garbage, but I have access to a CD4E out of a 98' Mercury Mystique. Will this transmission bolt right in, or will I have to buy some kind of adapter plate to bolt it to the motor?
