Default 626 1.9i GLX horsepower question

I am looking at a used 626 1997 1.9i GLX. It is listed as having 66Kw/ about 85 Horsepower. This seems very underrated for a 1.9 liter. Is this true or was there a typo in the advert?
Thanks!

I dont know about 85 horespower, in know that the 1.8 liter put out a 100 horespower so you might wanna check into that some more, i was trying to do some research on your question but it says nothing about even making a 1.9l in the year of 1997, ill let you know further

Thanks I appreciate it. The ad and window sticker claims it is a 1997 1.9i. This is a car in Germany, so that may make a difference. I just figured a 1.8 or 1.9 would be more like 110 HP instead of about 90. It is a 66 KW engine. How do they measure KW and HP? If it is done on the car, this particular car isnt running correctly, and could have lower KW than it should have.
