Default 2001 626 Overheating

Any sugestions how to troubleshoot a 2001 626 that appears the water thermostat isn't opening? The car overheats within 10 minutes and the radiator is cold & fans don't kick on. Help!!

It sounds like you have it troubleshooted already if you have no coolant flow. I would go ahead and replace the thermostat. It seems that the thermostat is stuck closed.

FYI, it turns out that I guy had the same problem w/ a 626. He paid to have hoses, thermostat, fan and water pump replaced and all it was, was a air lock created by a bubble trapped behind the thermostat that was replaced a week earlier.
