Recently I posted a problem saying that the idle was rough and it hesitated when taking off. But mainly when you first start it runs like a top for about 2-3 miles. At that time it is heated up to normal and the transmission starts changing in and out when you slow down it does better but it still happens.

I changed the plugs, wires, coil, cleaned the MAF sensor,also cleaned the EGR valve. The idle is a littel rough but the hesitation when you take off it cleared up. But it still changes in and out after it is warmed up. The first 2 miles or so it could not run better the tranny or the engine. In park the car sounds great. There are no codes on. PLEASE HELP.

 

check ur valve cover gasket my 626 used to do that rough idle and almost stalls out at take off (its automatic) and i replaced the spark plugs, the wires, and the valve cover gasket and the rough idle is low and the take off is smooth. (my rough idle is due to power steering pump)
