1998 626 v6 2.5 engine is missing

1998 626 v6 2.5 engine is missing
hello
the 626 engine was missing so I replaced the plugs and wires this cleared it up for awhile. Now 2 weeks later it is missing again only worse.So I double checked the wires,firing order and plugs-- all good. Also the ck eng lite is on so I had it checked and it is code p0174 LH BANK FUEL/AIR RATIO IS TOO LEAN. There is no smoke coming out of the exhaust.My q is do you think it is the coil pack going bad? or the fuel injection? By the way it has a new fuel filter also. Any tech help would be appreciated..thanks Sirron9591
