1997 Mazda 626 cigarette lighter

The cigarette lighter dosen't work. It check the fuses and they are good. What else can I check to fix the problem? thanks

There usually is one more fuse built-in the cigarette lighter, see attached pictures

How do you take the cigarette lighter out of a Mazda 626 thanks

Can anyone send the instructions to remove the cigarette lighter? I need to check behind it for the fuse also.
