Default 1993 Mazda 626

I recently sprayed off my engine and the car started vibrating. I changed my plug wires and spark plugs and nothing changed. Could someone please help tell me what is going on?

Probally moisture in your distributor cap take it off wipe out and spray a lil hair spray in there it will dry it out completely still have problems repost
