Hello All!!!!

Would anyone happen to have the steps, drawings, plans, pictures - Whatever - as to how the timing belt on a 1992 Mazda 323 is replaced....??????

Additionally, if someone could suggest the proper amount of time that is required in said change by a competent mechanic that would be appreciated infomation to know as well. Just want to be sure I'm not taken over the barrel if I go that route or do the job myself....
