1990 Mazda 323 sedan weird smell when defroster is turned on
My mate has the exact same model of car as i do but he has a very peculiar issue that i haven't encountered before so im not quite sure how to proceed. When you turn on the defroster after 3-4 minutes you get this really strong smell like molten rubber which we cannot locate (no idea if its coming from the rear or front of the car). Im assuming its either a bad ground or loose connection causing it to heat up and melt the rubber insulation on the wire but i have no clue where to search for said bad connection. Has anyone encountered a similar issue before?
