Default Miata Instrument cluster in a Mazda 6 2009?

Hello guys, I bought a Mazda 6 sportsbreak from 2009 about 6 weeks ago. I love the car but the interior needs a lot of upgrading. I am adding leather seats and painting the interior trims, adding a 10 inch headunit aswell.
However another thing that look really boring is the instrument cluster, never had such plain looking gauge faces.

It's pretty much this one but in km/h and without the automatic positions. Also that plastic silver look is awful, it really looks like plastic instead of metal look which they went for.

So I was wondering if it would be possible to mod an instrument cluster from a different model of Mazda's like for example the Miata.

These are some examples I have seen from Miata instrument clusters, they look amazing.

How would the newer Mazda 6 instrument clusters fit on the Mazda 6 from 2009?

The cluster is part of the immobilizer system, any change will require programming to the PCM/ECU to enable the immobilizer system.

Hmmm, yeah the ECU is something I don't want to mess with. Isn't the immobilizer only in the instrument cluster when we are talking about a keyless start/stop system?
