i have a 2010 mazda 3 hatchback GX to day i went to a shop that sells and installs mufflers and full exhaust systems and ext, they gave a me quote of a muffer same shape as the stock one but bigger and better and tip i forgot the name of the muffler brand but yea...but they said with those 2 things with labour and installation its $350 plus tax, is that worth it cause i can spend around $250 but i dont know what kind of muffler, im looking for one that is a straight muffler, loud but not too loud and a nice deep tone, then agian i dont want to be getting ripped off.

 

go with the mazdaspeed 3 exhaust it is worth every dollar!

 

For those who want a nice deep tone, the Magnaflow is worth considering. I have this muffler on my rig, and it's not too loud but you'll know it's there when cruising in the highway.
