Tribute takes too long to start - what could be wrong? (2-6 seconds)
Hey. My sister's Tribute takes way too long to start in my opinion. It usually starts after holding the ignition for about 3 seconds. It can take as long as 5 seconds and sometimes has been as quick as 2 seconds.
Everything is factory, and its an automatic transmission. I believe it's an 06 Mazda Tribute, Basic.
I want to fix this for her. What could be wrong? What should I look at first?

maybe its time for a tune up,weak battery maybe.
