We bought a 2001 Tribute when they first came out. I do love my mazda although I do feel like a test monkey.
We had numerous problems with the fuel pump assembley and paid hundreds of dollars for the repair. Finally finished with all those issues and now I have had to replace batterys every 6 months and the sun roof cables are shot to the tune of $1600.00 to replace those alone. Is there any reason the cables on the sun roof would go out so quickly ( the sunroof has openly been completely opened 6 or 7 times since we bought it, and why is this eating batteries like they are chocolate?

We have been trying to deal with Mazda Corp in resolving these issues and have walked into a brick wall. Our mazda will be paid for very soon and I really do not want another car payment and really do not want anything other than a mazda.
