tpms question
I am purchasing winter rims for my 2020 cx9 gt and will be charged over $200 Canadian for sensors. I opted out due to the ridiculous price, but now I am wondering about the warning light that will be lit up on the dashboard. Is it bright and annoying, if so can I cover it with a wee bit of black tape or will it block something else from view? thx
I have winter tires without the sensors for my 2019 Mazda3. I had the same concern.
The tire pressure warning light is lit all winter which is no more annoying than the low fuel light. I also get the warning in the center of the tachometer that I have to close each time I start the car. Neither have been a problem for me but I could see how some might prefer not to have it.
My bigger fear was that I would get the warning in the phone app everyday. This never happened.
