Morning. Could anyone tell me what are the towing weights for a P reg 626 2.0 GXi please.

 

We get these towing questions now and then. However we don't have the answers ready. There are so many factors: which country are you living in, what engine? what type of transmission? Brakes on trailer? etc.

I am thinking: if I had a shop that installs hitches and sells trailors I would want to have a database on this. Could you call a shop and see if they know?

Also: In Germany the papers for the vehicles state the towing capacities. Can you find them on a label on your car or in your papers?

Let us know what you found and how you found the answer. It will make us all a bit more knowlegable.
