I have a 2021 Mazda cx5. The screen/toggle switch connection is not working. The screen shows if I have a text message or phone call coming in but will not display my map from android auto. I cannot use voice control to make a call. I cannot turn on or see radio or even shut off the screen. I have tried to reset it many ways. Mazda switched out the connector/command switch panel and the CMU and neither one worked.
Has this happened to anyone else? Do you have any idea what is broken?
