Default Soft brake pedal, can u help

i've got a 323 96 the brake pedal goes right to the floor, i've put new discs pads and shoes on (they needed it) i've used an easy bleed and done it by pumping and its still soft, i got a 2nd hand master cylinder and tried that but still no change, i think the servo is ok, could it be that both master cylinders are faulty. is there anyone out there who can help me please!!

I would NEVER use a second hand brake part. It is very likely that you did get a bad master cylinder. The only other option is a leaking wheel cylinder, but you would have noticed brake fluid in the drums when replacing shoes.
