Default Is 'Slick 50' Engine Treatment useful?

I'm considering putting it in my 323's next oil change. Will it make the engine run smoother and cooler from it's claims of wear and heat protection? Anyone ever used it in their car and seen any results.

Slick 50 is 100% of the following ingredients:
  • huile de serpent
  • aceite de serpiente
  • Schlangeöl
  • olio di serpente
In any language, and no matter how bad your accent is, Slick 50 is still Snake Oil. Save your money; the only thing this crap is good for is separating you from your hard earned money.
