I have a 2005 Mazda Tribute. Getting ready to sell her and wanting to get her in tip top condition. I have one petty issue with the interior dash trim. The silver finish is rubbing off in places. I as a potential buyer would not like this. I have looked at trim kits but none seem to offer a design that will cover the area. Has anyone else had issues with this? Is there a way to refinish the trim easily and proffessionally? I have seen other tributes on the market that seem to have this same issue in the same spot (under the radio controls). Some one please comment, I cant find anything via google or yahoo talking about this.
