Default rear brakes mazda6 s

on rear brake caliper do you need to screw piston in to collaspe as per some GM's and is special tool required

Yes. The pistons in the rear calipers on the 6 do screw back in. Needle nosed pliers or that brake piston cube tool can be used.

thanks, any special adjustments for emergency brake when I re-install pads
