Exclamation Plastic Arm on Headlight Snapped Off!

Hello, I'm new to the forums and couldn't find an answer anywhere on here yet, so I have a situation and a question. The plastic arm on the top of my headlight in my Mazda 3 snapped off, here is a picture:

It secures onto the frame of the vehicle with a plastic screw. No glue in existence will secure onto the plastic. I don't think I can repair it.

How important is this plastic piece? Will my headlight be fine without it, or will it rattle around/aim in a weird direction now?

Any type of 2 part epoxy made for plastic should work. regular glue, no. You can always toss it in and see if it rattles. Down side if it does, will more than likely shorten bulb life.
