Have a 1994 MPV,V6.Turns over but doesnt even try to fire.Pulled one plug with cable attached and grounded to check for spark. None observed.Can this ignition sys. be diagnosed with a volt-ohm meter?Noticed a diagnostic port in the engine bay.Is there a hand held device available that can be used in this port for trouble shooting? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
