Exclamation Need to replace keyfobs :help

Good afternoon everyone,
I'm new to the forum as I just purchased a 16 mazda 6 for my daughter. In short, we purchased it from a auction broker who we know and the auctioneer was very misleading (we've been looking for 6 months and getting down to the wire). In short, the auction was listed as green with no ODBII codes and was stated as such in my purchase agreement. The broker is pushing back on having it returned claiming that qualifies as green, to which I disagree and also violates our purchase agreement. However, when we received the vehicle the car came with an aftermarket keyfob that wasnt even the right frequency (lock / unlock buttons wouldnt work, and no physical door key). I had a pretty well reputable locksmith come out to cut a new door key, and get a new afternarket key fob since the red key with line through it would not clear, and multiple codes stating theft (start button blinks green and can be driven). My question is this, I believe since the vehicle was probably repo'd and original keys weren't with it (wasn't disclosed), is my only option to go to a dealer since they have to do 2 new keys or if I can find an OEM, can a locksmith do it with two new OEM keys since the dealership wants $1000 for two new keys?
TYIA
