Need help installing dashcam on 2024 CX05
I recently bought a 2024 CX-5 Select and could use some help installing my dashcam. I've seen that some other CX-5 owners were able to reconnect the rearview mirror to an adapter, but they were from earlier years and the layout inside the rearview mirror cover has changed. I know the metal part on the right is the Forward Sensing Camera, but what is the black plastic part on the left? Is that the rearview mirror connection I should be adapting? If so, how would I go about accessing the plug? It doesn't seem easily removable.
