Default MPV driveability and cooling fan speed issues

I have a 2004 MPV. In the last month it tripped a P0306 misfire code. I changed the coil and figured "no big deal". This weekend after a VERY heavy rain storm, it tripped P0303, P0305, P0306 codes and the cooling fan started having fairly wild speed fluctuations with no apparent reason. Is there a computer module somewhere on this vehicle that could have gotten wet? In the meantime, I am going to inspect and replace the upper intake gaskets to see if that helps with the misfire codes and subsequent driveability issues but I do not see how that will affect the cooling fan speed issue. I also suspect that even though there does not seem to be an obvious connection, the fact that all of these issues started after a heavy rainstorm does make me wonder. Any ideas? HEEELLLPPPP!!!!!
