HAVE YOU TRIED CHANGING THE FUEL FILTER?,IF YOU HAVE THEN I WOULD DO ALL YOUR BASICS FIRST WIRES,DIS.CAP,ROTOR.WHEN CHANGING THE PLUGS ONE OF THE CANDLESTICKS I.E WIRES COULD HAVE BEEN DAMAGED......WHAT YOU CAN TRY DOING IS NARROWING DOWN WHICH CYLINDER IS MISSING,YOU CAN DO THIS QUITE EASILY BY STARTING THE ENGINE AND CAREFULLY REMOVING ONE WIRE AT A TIME AND NOTING WHEN THE CAR RUNS WORSE AND WHEN YOU FIND A WIRE THAT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE ON THE ENGINE WHEN REMOVED THAT'S YOUR TROUBLE CYLINDER,ONCE YOU DETERMINE WHICH CYLNDER IS AT FAULT YOU CAN ALSO DO THE SAME WITH THE FUEL INJECTORS TAKE ONE OF THE INJECTORS FROM THE NON MISSING CYLINDERS AND SWAP THE TWO IF THE OTHER CYLINDER NOW MISSES CHANGE THE FAULTY INJECTOR!

Sounds to me like you have the wires (firing order) reversed somewhere. It ain't hard to do, especially if you're not used to working around cars.
