Default millenia s 1999 1540 code

Hi all
i have a big problem my car is not safe to drive.it keeps going into limp home mode. after about 15 mins. of driving the tcs off light comes on and the tcs light comes on. when that happens the rpm's will not go above 2500. if i key off and on it resets only to happen again in about 15 mins. I checked for vacuum leaks over and over again and can't find any. I checked all the plastic vac tees and nothing. The only thing i can find is the abv vac solinoid and the abv vent solinoids are all ways open, they all ways have power when the key is on. and from what i have read they should have 0-1 volt at idle. I even replaced the pcm module. and checked the wiring for shorts. I just can't figure it out and I am running out of cash. any help would be great thanks Ed

YOUR AIR BYPASS VALVE IS POSSIBLY STUCK OR THE DIAPHRAM IS LEAKING.
THIS IS LOCATED ABOVE THE THROTTLE BODY, GOLD COLOR DIAPHRAM WITH THREE SMALL
VACUUM HOSES, TWO LARGE AND THE PCV HOSE: TWO 12MM HEAD BOLTS MOUNTED TO THE LYSHLOM COMPRESSOR.
QUICK TEST: DISCONNECT THE VAC HOSE ON THE DIAPHRAM AND THE VAC HOSE ON THE ALUMINIUM HOUSING THAT RUNS PARALLEL
TO THE VALVE COVER. USING A VACUUM PUMP CONNECTED TO THE DIAPHRAM AND PLUG THE PARALLEL PORT; WHEN YOU APPLY AND RELEASE VAC,
YOU CAN HEAR THE VALVE MOVE; IF YOU CAN'T HOLD VAC, THE DIAPHRAM LEAKS VALVE WON'Y MOVE; EITHER WAY YOU HAVE TO REPLACE IT.
THE EASIEST WAY IS TO REMOVE THE AIR INTAKE PIPE #2 AND ABV TOGETHER; 12MM SOCKET, EXTENSION AND 12MM COMBINATION WRENCH
REMOVE THE TWO BOLTS FROM THE ABV, THEN THE TWO BOLTS ON THE RUBBER FLANGE, THEN SIX NUTS, LIFT STRAIGHT UP.
YOU NEED THE ABV AND FOUR GASKETS; TORQUE ALL NUTS BOLTS TO 14-18 FT-LBS. ** NB. WHEN INSTALLING THE TWO BOLTS ON THE RUBBER FLANGE
DO THIS AS EVENLY AS POSSIBLE, YOU DON'T WANT TO WARP THIS. ** ALSO YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE THE GASKETS TO MAZDA PARTS; 'CAUSE
MOST OF THEM CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT THE RIGHT PARTS YOU NEED. I'VE GIVEN THE CORRECT PART NUMBERS AND STILL GET THE WRONG PARTS.
