Adolfo: we like to help people avoid the high cost of professional service when possible.
Loui: how many miles are on the vehicle? What did you do in terms of replacing parts?
Going uphill you will open the throttle. That should result in higher fuel demand and higher exhaust out put. Noggin is right to suggest testing back pressure before and after the catalytic converters and I suggest to test the fuel supply, in particular fuel pressure.
A general tune up and throttle body cleaning , MAF sensor cleaning etc may help as well.

Mileage is important as well as engine size, transmission. Any service history is always needed as well.
If anyone has any other input as to what the problem might be, please give it as it may help in our overall thinking process. You know the old saying "2 heads are better than 1" , well how about 3 or 4. If anyone agrees with any of our posts, please chyme in, as it helps to further give confidence to the person's issues.
