Default Mazda 323 2003 hesitation problem

Hi All,

My 323 has been struggling at low rpm. Hesitating and shaking like a traktor at traffic lights especially. So I had it serviced, spark plugs, oil and oil filter have been replaced, but it hasn't fixed it.
Trying to find the dodgy part(s) we cleaned the mass airflow sensor which was very brittle and broke off resulting in the car driving without any issues. So.we replaced the mass airflow meter, but after a day of driving the problem was back, probably triggered by driving at low rpm and on load (uphill).

Interestingly, almost stalling the carat traffic lights fixes the hesitation issue and the car drives normally for most of the drive.

Has anyone experienced something like that?

I'm thankful for any ideas.

Test the coils.

Also look for any cracks in the rubber tube/snorkel between the Mass Air and throttle body
