independ suspension

RE: independ suspension
Most likely no. What year are you talking about? What size tires? What gear ratio? etc.
If you drop the gear ratio far enough (down to crawler speeds) you can reduce the forces applied to your drivetrain, similarly, if you don't go crazy on tire size, that helps things survive as well.
I've got a 74 Ford Bronco, solid axle front/rear, and I can still break drivetrain parts with 35" tires & 4.56 gearing. (D44 front axle 30 spline axles, D20 Transfer case, C4 trans.)

Your truck would sit like a stink bug (low front, high rear) I'd estimate you'd be adding at least 400 lbs to the front of your truck.
Weight is fine, but the stresses on your truck are from weight and the power of that drivetrain. I'd be surprised if your stock axles would hold up to that kind of power.
