I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO DO THIS ...UNLESS YOU PURCHASE AND INSTALL A COIL OVER "KIT" WITH REPLACEMENT SHOCKS/STRUTS

IF YOU JUST PUT THE CLAMPS ON --YOU WILL DAMAGE THE FACTORY SHOCKS AND OR WEAR THEM PREMATURE.

ALSO IF THE VEHICLE IS STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY IT MAY VOID THE SUSPENSION WARRANTY ON YOUR VEHICLE.

no,it is not safe, but neither are most of the other ways that some people lower cars nowadays...i have had a car with clamped springs, and i got NO WHERE NEAR 2" of drop...i got barely one inch...and it was a pain to do...the clamps work their way loose and rattle...its a pain.

it should be safe to install clamps, it will change your alignment some. may or maynot cause some tire wear issues. should look good
though with it lowered, wouldnt go over 2 inches.
