Default Footwell Flooded

Hi, Ive got a 2004 Mazda3 and I recently left the car in a longterm car park for a week. While I was away, there was extremely bad weather and there were floods in many areas near me. When I came back to the car, there was a lot of water in the footwell of the car (in both back and front, passenger and driver side). Im not sure if the place where the car was parked flooded or if there is a leak somewhere. Before I can find that out, I need to dry the car out. This is what my problem is. There is a lot of water under the carpet on the footwell, and this is hard to get into. I want to avoid taking the seats and carpet out if I can, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. For example, is there a plughole anywhere on the floor of the car that I can open to let the water out? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.
