So I had to change my battery this week and my radio asked for code. I entered the code from the book but got err code assuming I did it wrong.
I went to the mazda local seller to get it fixed (where I bought it) but they said they don't Have a reset code to give me and cannot access it (offered to pay). They said I need to buy a new radio... Which doesn't seem to make sense.
I tried different codes posted by others but didn't work.

Any other suggestions what I can do?
