crankshaft pulley on '98 626 4 cyl

crankshaft pulley on '98 626 4 cyl
Can someone please give me some suggestions. I'm changing the H2O pump in a 1998 626 2.04cylor at least I thought I was. I can't get the crankshaft pulley off 
The bolt will not break [:'(] I've tried everything I can think of. I've even had 120# of pressure applied to it through my friends impact wrench. We've tried breaking it both ways (not sure if the bolt is threaded left or right?), but have had no luck. Any tricks or tips? Does anyone know which way the bolt is threaded? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
