Default Car starts to sputter, then stalls

I have a 2000 Mazda Protege that when it warms up, will stall. I will be driving down the street and all the sudden it will start to sputter, then stall. Then it will take a couple of minutes to start back up. It kind of feels like it's running out of gas, but it's not. I was thinking maybe something with the fuel injector, fuel filter or pump. The check engine light is on and the computer says misfire or igniton fail. I just did a full tune-up and that didn't help at all.Any suggetions?

Tried to unplug the EGR valve, didn't make a difference.
