Hi guys,

Im a poor college student and I found a mechanic who offered to find and buy me a car. I had $4000 and that's all. He found me a Mazda 626ES 2001. And since I got it I been to the shop 10 times!. I bought it Jan. 4th. I was wondering if someone like a mechanic who took the car to his shop to check it out in late December would have found a messed up catalytic converter? the check engine like has been on forever since I got the car. And he was trying to convince me it was an O2 sensor. Another one of this guys mechanics let me know it could be the converter and that guy wouldn't tell me that in the beginning. Im sooooo broke its not even funny. What Am I gonna do with this car? do you guys think this is not the last problem with it?
What do you suggest I do?

 

the 626 model was a complete fail in mazda everyone ive ever came acroos has been junk although idk if there is a real problem whats happening
