Can a locksmith fix a car door lock?

Can a locksmith fix a car door lock?

I can unlock all the car doors with my remote except the back door. Should I contact a car dealer or locksmith in Seattle?

Can you lock & lock the doors via the physical key in the door barrel?

Finally contacted Key rescue Seattle, they help me and resolve the issue quickly and is also affordable.
