Default 95 929 warning light problem

I have just purchased a 95 929 6cyl automatic The abs,low fuel, charge and security warning lights in the tach/speedo dash unitcome on togeather andthey may stay on for a mile or two then they all go out again. The gages show good charge (121/2 -131/2volts) fuel ok there is fluid in the washer bottle. I can hear a click like a relay switching in the aria between the bottom of the radio/eq and the shifter on theleft sideof the dash or the console. Car runs perfect. Is there some kind of relay or control box located there. Is there a suspect point where a plug or wire could be arcing. I doubt there is enough power going to those leds to cause an arc that you can hear thank you

The relay clicking is a hint but i doubt it is the area of the problem. Relays work off 12 volts so your losing voltage/ground somewhere. The fact that it is clicking tells me it is recieving voltage but just not enough so it engages and disengages the contacts. A thorough inspection of the wiring including grounds would be called for. It is most likely somwething simple such as a loose connection or faulty ignition switch contacts.
I would start at the battery and work my way through the fuse blocks. One under the hood and 1 under the left side dash. A wiggle test of the interior fuse block fuses & wire harness while watching for the lights to kick on should find your problem.
