Hey guys, I have been working to get my truck back on the road after about 15+ years. I rebuilt my original factory carb but no matter what it just will not run right. I am tired of the complexity of the old niki carb so will be switching to a Weber, Right now my goals is to get her running and driving until I can complete a full rebuild so I am not wanting to spend the money for a new Weber kit unless I have too. Does any one know of a 32/36 DGEV Carburetor that is solid, reliable and more affordable or does anyone have a decent working Weber that want to sell?

These go for a little over 200. I will eventually put on a Holly but right now I am just looking for an affordable option that will get my truck running so I can get it out of my garage to work on other items.. Does any one have a recommendation for a carb that will work that does not cost $400.00 like a Holly? Any experience with these more affordable clones?
